Bowcha Houjicha Stem Tea with Brown Rice is a type of exquisite houjicha made from roasted tea stems.

Beloved in Ishikawa prefecture, this tea features a mellow aroma that is achieved by using matcha stems instead of the usual sencha stems, giving each sip a perfectly subtle sweetness.

It is thoughtfully crafted with 100% Rainforest Alliance certified and JAS organic certified tea stems, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Enjoy a refreshing, toasty flavor of this special brown rice stem tea.

Brewing Directions:

Hot - 1) Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95℃) over one tea bag.

2) Let steep for 1-2 minutes.

Ice - 1) Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95℃) over two tea bags.

2) Let steep for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add 150g of ice, and stir until melted.
