Ever wanted to receive original Attack on Titan exclusive merchandise for devouring a bowl of beef? Well now you can. For a limited time Sukiya is giving away limited Attack on Titan trading cards with the purchase of a meal. You can find more information on Sukiya and Japanese fast food in our Traditional Japanese Fast Food Guide here.

How it works

Simply order your desired dish as usual then add on the 240 yen set meal which includes miso or clam soup and a half-boiled egg. You will receive a limited trading card at the cash register with your purchase. You don’t have to eat the egg however it does accompany a beef bowl fairly well.

The trading cards are scheduled to come in 3 separate waves with each wave having 5 different cards to collect with the last wave having an extra 2 mystery cards. The promotion began August 21 and will end at the end of September on the 30th of the month.

But wait there’s more!

If you order take-out, you can receive a Can Badge for free with your order. Each wave has its own badge. Keep in mind, the shops run out of badges run out fairly quickly, so go early on the first day of each wave to get one. Who can resist that adorable Levi badge?

The back of each card also contains a QR code that you can scan in order to enter for an online giveaway. One card will score you one point.  This is only available to Japanese residents however as the goods being given away require a Japanese address to be mailed to. Regardless the cards are still highly collectible.

Online Prizes

15 points will score you a free Attack on Titan themed bowl. Any additional points can be put toward an online drawing for an Attack on Titan Suki Pass (which offers a discount every time you use it at a Sukiya), a limited edition poster, or an exclusive Attack on Titan crystal art stone. Shipping is free for all items so it's a win-win.

If you are in Japan this September, be sure to stop by Sukiya to get a good meal and a nice Attack on Titan souvenir.  If you are living in Japan and want to enter the QR codes for prizes online, you can find instructions to do so here
