In the last Nintendo Direct it was announced that you can make curry in a new feature for Pokemon Sword and Shield known as Pokemon camp! If you aren't familiar with Japanese style curry, don't worry, as you can read up about it on our curry blog here.
There are various curry recipes that you can create depending on your selection of berries and ingredients. The ingredients are completely new items to Pokemon. Ever wanted to make a curry dish out of beans and bread? Well Pokemon Sword and Shield will let you do just that!
The process is simple, select your ingredients then cook carefully by fanning the flames over a small bonfire.
When finished you can call over your Pokemon to enjoy your curry together.
Each dish you cook will have a rating. Nintendo showed a silver rating as a Wobuffet class, so we can assume they will have a gold and bronze tier as well. Any guesses as to what Pokemon may represent gold and bronze?
Creating new curry dishes will unlock a new entry in your curry dex. Gotta cook them all!
