Hello, I’m from Melbourne, Australia! Where in Australia did you grow up?

Got a question about the #wefiett competition, it says that you need to have two people, but does it count if you have two dogs in the photo with the Tokyo treat box? Or one person and one dog? Or does it actually have to have two people in the photo to be eligible?

I am trying to find out when its supposed to arrive. I was told 20-28th of may but that means chargine me twice before I get a single box.

Hi Kay, since we target all boxes to arrive during the 20-28th, there will be a case where the payment for next month box comes before receiving the box for current month, especially if you sign up in the early dates. Hope this helps!

So I paid on April 8th and my box will get charged again on May 8th but my first box wont come until 20-28 of May?

That’s correct! However, please kindly note that we also do regular pre cut-off shipping, so you may receive your box earlier than the above dates!! 🙂

Hi! I have two questions: The first one is: If for example I subscribe for the small box plan, but I want a medium box for just one month (and back to the small plan or just unsubscribe), how would that work? Should I unsubscrive, subscribe to the new plan, and then all over again? Or is there a “change plan” option?
Second: if I subscribe today, would I get May box or June box when due?
