TokyoTreat Shop Shipping Methods & Rates

Hi everyone!! Our goal is to deliver your TokyoTreat Shop orders to you in the way that best meets your needs. Therefore we offer several options, from Saver, Standard and Express shipping via Japan Post. Shipping can get as low as around $2 USD using Saver, and the best part is – we ship worldwide!!
In order to keep reasonable shipping rates for our customers, we chose the best carrier for your order. We ship all orders from Japan via Japan Post. Our shipping rates are the same as Japan Post rates. Packaging and handling are free.
SELECTING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
Visit our TokyoTreat Shop and select the snacks or items you wish to purchase. Once you've added products to your cart and have filled out your shipping address, you'll have the option to choose which shipping method you want to use. Please see image below:
We currently offer 3 shipping methods:
The shipping fee is based on the weight of the items in your cart. You can see the total shipping price of your order on the cart page or during checkout.
Important: The Saver and Standard options are only available for orders that weigh under 2000 gram. If your order exceeds this limit, it will automatically be directed to Express shipping. If you wish to use Saver or Standard shipping, we recommend adjusting the total weight in your cart or divide the items in your cart into separate orders with each weighing under 2000 gram. This way you can choose the more affordable shipping method!

I can’t sign into the portal,..no matter what I try,..page staying blank . I keep trying password change, and nothing.. I placed my first order today..
