Ayumi Chikamoto, a Tokyo native, enjoyed sharing Japanese snacks with her friends who lived overseas for many years.
Then, she decided to share those same snacks with the world!
Starting from her living room in 2015, Ayumi selected and curated the ultimate snack box that people would love! However, she realized for such a monumental task, she would need some help. So, she recruited a small team of Japanese snack experts to realize her vision–the TokyoTreat subscription box! From classic snacks like Pocky and Umaibo to smash hits like Japanese Kit Kat, this snack box gives you a taste of the latest Japanese candy that people love worldwide!
