Which countries do you ship to?

Can you ship to Japan?
Yes! If you’re planning to hold an event here, and looking to gift TokyoTreat boxes to your guests, we can ship the boxes to you.
Can I add a customized note or greeting card into each box?
Yes! We can include a customized note in orders of 15 boxes or more for an additional $2.00 per box.
Please note that we’ll require an extra week to process a custom note or greeting card, and the note will be the same across all boxes.
We unfortunately cannot customize each note individually.
Can I customize the box itself?
Yes! For orders of at least 1,000 boxes or more, we can create a customized box to send to your team (with your brand’s logo, etc.) at an additional $7.99 per box.
Please note that we’ll need an additional 8 weeks to create your custom box.
Unfortunately, we cannot customize the contents of the box at this time. Each box includes a booklet that outlines vegetarian options, as well as common allergens.
Can I give a multi-month subscription to my team?
Yes! You can choose either a one-time box or monthly recurring gift subscription of 3, 6, or 12 months for your corporate orders.

How much lead time do you require?
This usually depends on the size of your order.
- For orders of 50 boxes or under, please let us know at least 2 full weeks before you’d like the boxes to arrive.
- For orders of more than 50 boxes, please let us know at least 4 full weeks before you’d like the boxes to arrive.
Do you accept bulk order for non-corporate events?
Yes! We accommodate bulk orders for any occasion: weddings, birthdays, parties, etc. Fill out this form to get a quotation custom to your event needs.
How can I arrange for the boxes to be delivered directly to my team?
We will help you gather the necessary shipping information for your team members with a quick form that can be filled out either by yourself or by your team members individually. Once the form has been filled out, we’ll take care of the rest!
How long will it take for my boxes to arrive?
We’re based in Tokyo, and our boxes ship straight from Japan. Considering this, we cannot guarantee exactly how long your order will take to process. That said, your boxes will arrive within 2 - 5 business days of their shipment date with DHL shipping!
