Bowcha Houjicha Stem Tea (8 bags)

Bowcha Houjicha Stem Tea is a type of exquisite houjicha made from roasted tea stems. Beloved in Ishikawa prefecture, it features a mellow aroma that is achieved by using matcha stems instead of the usual sencha stems, giving each sip a perfectly subtle sweetness.

It is thoughtfully crafted with 100% Rainforest Alliance certified and JAS organic certified tea stems only, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Enjoy a taste of tradition and relaxation with every sip!

Brewing Directions:

Hot - 1) Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95℃) over one tea bag.

2) Let steep for 1-2 minutes. 

Ice - 1) Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95℃) over two tea bags.

2) Let steep for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add 150g of ice, and stir until melted.
