Most Interesting Pokemon Themed Food In Japan!

Right now every country is still being rocked by Pokemon fever, even with the Detective Pikachu being long since gone, all the fans are still feeling nostalgic seeing their favourite characters in the movie. We can definitely say that everyone loves Pokemon, from the anime, merchandise, games from Nintendo consoles or on your mobile phone to the Pokemon themed food, we can find it all in Japan!

The most famous Pokemon themed food that you can find in Japan is in the Pokemon Cafe located at Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. East Building. In there you can find various types of menu items that will make your eyes wide with delight and your belly rumble! And as for the movie Detective Pikachu they even made a limited special menu based on the movie, you can see it below! Read on to see other amazing menu items!

The menu makes you can choose what should pick and not just that the interior of the cafe is so cool! You will absolutely love to be in there and will almost certainly want to take a picture of every Pokemon!

The regular menu features the two main cutest characters around; Pikachu and Eevee! From Pikachu and Eevee burgers, to stews and even desserts, no matter what your taste you'll be able to find something featuring these guys!

In celebration of the recent Detective Pikachu movie there was some exclusive treats! It wasn't just the titular character featured either, as you could get a Psyduck meal as well as coffee latte art with Jigglypuff and Mr Mime too! Delish!

Recently added to the menu was a couple of burgers that are time sensitive, just like the game! If you want Espeon burgers then you have to come during the day, but of course, the Umbreon burger is only available in the evening. Which one do you like most?

Who could forget their first starter Pokemon? This new addition to the menu helps to celebrate that by adding dishes based on the original and best starters! Which did you go with? Bulbasaur, Squirtle or Charmander? Even if you chose one of them, would you choose a different menu item? 🤣

It really is the must go place for all Pokemon fans, a cool beverage, sweet and savory food will lead you to happiness! Please keep in mind that you have to make a reservation first if you don't want to worry about the long line. They fill up very quickly, especially at lunchtime or anytime on the weekend. Don't worry, you can do the reservation on their website, it's much easier, be careful though, because you may just end up buying all the Pokemon merchandise to fill your collection at the same time!
