Starbucks Japan’s 2024 sakura drinks were bursting with flavor, and the magic of hanami (cherry blossom viewing) was celebrated. The 2024 collection, themed cheers to sakura, featured two star beverages: the Hanami Dango Frappuccino and Hanami Sakura Cream.
The Hanami Dango Frappuccino brought the classic spring treat to life! It had tricolor dumplings, white bean paste, sakura and strawberry sauce, and soy milk. Topped with whipped cream and pink sakura feuilletine, it was delicious and super pretty too!

Plus, both drinks came in super cute cherry blossom-themed cups! And let’s not forget the Sakura Matcha with Sakura Jelly. 2023: Sakura Strawberry
The 2023 sakura drinks were straight-up spring vibes! The Sakura Strawberry Latte was a total standout; it was sweet, creamy, and made for Instagram. Then, the Sakura Saku Saku Frappuccino came with sakura petals, sakura jelly, and strawberry-flavored macarons for that fun, crunchy twist.
