Have to say with no offense that i’m disappointed with the winners you picked. I’ve seen other people who dedicated so much time and effort in their entries. It honestly feels like you took a bunch of ok to good photos and just picked winners at random.
Of course, I can’t judge your choices if you do think they were the best, but in my opinion – You could have dedicated a little more time thinking.

Yesss! I spent hours and hours clicking photos for one of their contests but they picked someone who almost randomly posted a picture of themselves.. My picture was quite amazing too. I think they pick winners at random. Whatever it is, I’m truly disappointed

Why does it seem each time the photo contest winners, are not really the best of the best. It really disappoints the rest that puts in a lot of effort. 🙁 Is it some sort of bias towards who has bought more from you all? Or more memorable?

Hi Bill! First of all, thanks for your feedback. The winners are not picked randomly since the winners are discussed within our team. All of the entries are reviewed first based on the eligibility and of course, how the entry is. A great entry without following the correct terms such as appropriate hashtag will be deemed as invalid entry. Then, we believe that all entries are made with the same effort regardless how the entry looks.

Sometime, there are entries that actually are really great but cannot be considered to win since they do not follow the terms asked by our team such as appropriate hashtag or in short, they forget to do things written in our booklet. Wow I am pretty shocked at the winners. These entries are good but I saw one’s way more creative then these. We put so much effort into ours. Used the correct hashtags…I never expected to win but I never thought an entry that didn’t even use extra treats from the crate would be chosen over one’s that creatively used several snacks. Like your rules suggested.
