We here at TokyoTreat love snacking on tons of unique and fun Japanese snacks, but sometimes we also enjoy listening to all the amazing new music that Japanese artists create. While snacking one day, we thought, "Let's share some of this awesome music with our TokyoTreat family!" So, we decided to write up this article to introduce some of our recent favorite music! Check them out below!

Wednesday Campanella is a nice fusion of Japanese pop with electronic beats and a unique, almost indie feel to their songs. Recently, they have not only begun gaining popularity in Japan, but they also have started amassing a large following in other countries outside Japan as well! This tune, Melos, is always a good song to put on while enjoying your Japanese snack box!

When looking to enjoy an uplifting, fun electronic beat with our Japanese candy box, Perfume never fails to satisfy! Perfume is an incredibly popular group in Japan for their unique music videos and electronic music. This trio is a group many of us enjoy to follow and are always anticipating what new songs will come out next!

Gen Hoshino is a singer and actor in Japan. This song, Koi, which means "love", is a song that gained popularity from a Japanese drama that used it as a opening theme song. It even has a dance that goes along with it! Many Japanese drama fans practiced this dance and uploaded themselves dancing along to the song to social media! When we want to feel lovely snacking on tasty Japanese snacks, we put this on!

Lookin' for a chill snack session? This song, by Yutaka Furukawa, is a relaxing J-Rock single that suits savory Japanese candy amazingly. Sit back, grab a Japanese snack, and rock out while munching away!

We hope you enjoyed this little playlist of Japanese music! Which song did you enjoy most? Let us know in the comments below who your favorite Japanese music artist is! Also, let us know if you want to see more Japanese music compilations like this!
