While Japan has some incredibly cute snacks, they also excel in another food area! Cafes! Japan has some amazing themed cafes, but we always love the kawaii character cafes the most! Still, even better are character cafes that provide amazing food, drinks, and adorable limited merchandise! A great example of this is the new Studio Ghibli cafe! This cafe is themed around the new movie Mary and the Witch's Flower. It is located near Tokyo Sky Tree and is open until November 5th! So, are you ready to check out some pictures of this cafe or what!? Look below!
As you can see, the outside is already screaming "kawaii Studio Ghibli good is inside"!! The giant picture of Mary helps set the mood. Also, the clean exterior creates an inviting atmosphere that continues as you step inside.
As you step inside, you can see the walls are covered with awe-inspiring sketches and drawings about the Studio Ghibli film. They are gorgeous! Don't you think so too? We enjoy viewing works like these.
In addition to the beautiful artwork, there are tons of original, exclusive character goods inside the cafe! The amount of merchandise really surprised us! All of it was so cute! We wanted to buy it all, but we kept the locks on our wallets secure.
Of course, the food was also kawaii! The cafe drinks and meals are themed around Mary and the Witch's Flower as well. It was as though we decided to dine in a mini Mary and the Witch's Flower world!
