This is Ayumi, the founder and CEO of TokyoTreat Group. I want to thank you foremost, for always using our TokyoTreat, YumeTwins and TokyoTreat Shop services! Because of all your continuous support, we’ve been able to come this far and expand in so many different ways!
We are happy to announce that on 12/2/2016 4PM JST, we will complete our renewal of the YumeTwins brand. We couldn’t have done it with you guys!
We not only redesigned our website but we’ve completely revamped our box and improved the quality of the content of our box!
Since the birth of YumeTwins in May 2016, we’ve been showered with unconditional love and even though we’re still only 6 months young, we’ve been able to grow at an incredible rate as a brand.
As a brand, we’re always trying to better ourselves by listening to our most important critics, our subscribers. We conducted a large-scale survey to hear what our subscribers like and want to see in their future boxes and how we can keep improving our service to satisfy all our subscribers.
Our philosophy has always been and will continue to be “to introduce the world to high quality Japanese products.”
That being said, the biggest request in our survey was to have less items but with better quality and practical items. And we too learned that we can significantly increase the total value of your box that way! This allows us to bring you exclusive merchandise and premium items while maintaining the same subscription price!

I really really love shappo and spica from sentimental circus but studio ghibli and Gudetama are some of my fav 🙂 I look forward to ordering my first box next year when I can (maybe birthday or Christmas) 😀 I’m so excited!!! The changes sound super awesome and have increased my expectations ? Can’t wait!

Great job with the YumeTwins upgrade. Just when I thought it would be my last nonth as tbere was nithing really worthwhile staying fkr you came out with this exciting news. Don’t fkrvet we still love our letter writing laper, envelopes, cute pens and of course washi tape. While I have you here I’d have to say my favourite cbaracters are Rilakkuma, Eevee and Pote USA bunny!

I’ve really fallen in love with the Shinada plushies we received in past boxes. I’ve got my heart set on getting more super soft fluffy plushies in boxes to come! Also, cute well known brands and characters are wonderful, but don’t abandon the random unknown (to the west at least) brands and characters you’ve made me come to love! And tiny knickknacks are still loved! Bigger is not always better in every case, but I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us!
I’ve subscribed since the very start at pre-order and I’ll stay with you guys for a long long time if you keep up the great work you’ve done so far! ♡♡♡

I’m excited about bigger plushies (loved the big Shinada plush in the November box) and focusing on quality/popular characters/practical items, but I hope we will still get to see stationary items, Shinada/Amuse plushies and other Sanrio/SAN-X characters. Thanks!

I’m looking forward to it! I actually really like the obscure/unusual characters these boxes have provided so far…the reason I subscribed is because I can get things I can’t get on western websites or anime cons, otherwise I’d just subscribe to a western anime subscription box if I wanted only popular characters!
Personally I hope the guarantee of popular characters doesnt mean yumetwins will provide things I could get at any regular comic con or anime con, I love how unique the items always are, truly things I’ve never seen over here!! I esp love all the stationary you’ve provided so far, but I sure love that kinda thing <3 I'm sure it'll be awesome though, this is the only subscription box I've had where I love EVERY single item!You guys always do a great job!!

Hi,
I started a 6 month subscription for my disabled daughter in Oct. She LOVED the Nov box but has not received one since then. She was REALLY looking forward to getting the December plushie hat and entering the contest. I can’t fix her disappointment from that, but Id like to avoid it from happening a third time.
I have been corresponding with Christina (request # 54206) for a month trying to get this resolved. Can you please help me?
