Mito Style Udon

We’re taking your taste buds straight to the birthplace of one of our favorite styles of udon: Mito City! Light and flavorful dashi broth complements the thin udon noodles topped with strips of fried tofu, green onions, bonito flakes, and wakame seaweed.

  3. Carefully add boiling water up to the inside line
  4. Cover and wait for 4 minutes
  5. Remove the lid, stir & enjoy!

Nyumen Soy Sauce Ramen

We wouldn’t want real flowers in our ramen, but cute sakura-shaped fish cakes are another story! These boiled ramen noodles pair nicely with the light soy-sauce based broth.
