A lot of people may be wondering, "Where can I get Coca-Cola Clear?". In all the craziness that surrounded the new mystery Gudetama McFlurry, this new clear Coke slipped into shelves throughout Japan and took everyone by surprise! To help those people who are in Japan now or will visit Japan in the near future, we'll help show where you can find some of these zero-calorie, lemon flavored clear sodas!
For those who aren't familiar with this drink, Coca-Cola Clear is a new flavored Japanese soda recently released into the Japanese snack market. Over 50 different recipes were tried and tested before this version of clear Coke was decided on. Naturally, with all the buzz around this drink our office daredevil just had to run out and try it. It was a very unique experience that really showed off the innovation in the Japanese food industry.
When you are overcome with the desire to try this drink, you can swing by any Japanese convenience store, like Seven Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart, and look in the drink section. The clear Coke is usually stocked near the rest of the Coca-Cola products, but you may miss it at first glance since the clear color helps disguise it!
If you have any supermarkets or other grocery stores nearby where you are staying, you can also check there since most of these stores also have these drinks in stock. Sometimes they even have other drinks from the Clear Series, like the Clear Latte or Clear Milk Tea, that you can get alongside the clear Coke! If one store doesn't have them, don't get discouraged! Check some of the other stores in the area and you'll find one of these for sure!
Good luck on your search for this awesome drink! If you don't have a chance to visit Japan in the near future, don't worry, because maybe one of your future Japanese candy boxes will have one of these bad boys in it!
